1. Information we collect

We collect information you supply, including your name, email address, account information, order details, selected product options and delivery address where physical goods are ordered. Support tickets include your name, email address, subject, topic, optional order reference and messages. We also process identifiers needed for order access, payments and downloads. Technical service providers may process request and device information necessary to operate and secure the store.

2. Why we use information

Information is used to process and fulfil orders, provide downloads and services, manage customer accounts, respond to support enquiries, send order-related or support messages, investigate problems, secure the store and meet applicable legal obligations. Please do not include payment card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in a support message.

3. Payments

Payments are handled through Revolut and are subject to its privacy and payment terms. The store records payment identifiers and status so we can confirm orders. Payment information entered on Revolut’s payment page is handled by Revolut. Review Revolut’s privacy notice for details of its processing.

4. Service providers and disclosure

The store uses Lovable Cloud for hosting, data storage, accounts and email delivery, Revolut for payment processing and AI Gateway for product matching. Information needed to fulfil a physical order may be shared with the delivery provider handling that order. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect lawful rights. Providers may process information outside Australia. Contact us if you need further details about the providers or locations relevant to your enquiry.

5. AI product matching

If you use the AI product finder, your description and relevant published catalog details are sent through AI Gateway to a model to suggest products. Do not include personal, confidential or sensitive information in a product search. Suggestions are not a guarantee of fitment or compatibility. Service providers may retain operational request information under their own terms.

6. Visit sources and campaign links

When you arrive at the store we record where the visit came from (for example Facebook, Google, a newsletter or a direct visit), any campaign tags in the link, and the page you landed on. This record contains no name, email, IP address or cookie, and is used to understand which marketing works. If you place an order in the same visit, the order notes that source.

7. Facebook Pixel and advertising cookies

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show relevant ads. When it is active, your browser sends Meta the pages you view and basket, checkout and purchase events (product identifiers, order value and currency), together with cookies and device information Meta uses to link them to ad activity. Meta processes this under its own terms and privacy policy, and may process it outside Australia. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and wherever your location cannot be determined, the Pixel only runs after you choose Accept on the cookie notice. Elsewhere it runs unless you choose Reject. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing stops further Pixel events immediately. Your choice, the time it was made and the notice version are stored in your browser.

8. Browser storage and private links

The store uses browser storage to retain your basket, sign-in state and cookie choice. Removing browser storage may clear those details or sign you out. Private order, download and support links grant access to the relevant information. Keep them confidential and do not forward them to anyone you do not want to have access. Guest support does not require an account.

9. Support and emails

We use the email address supplied with a ticket to send confirmation and staff replies. Staff can access ticket details to respond. Support emails may include a private tracking link or the content of a reply. App emails include a managed unsubscribe option; unsubscribing may prevent support notifications from arriving, but you can continue reading replies through your saved private ticket link. Account security messages are handled separately.

10. Retention and security

We retain information as needed for the purposes described above, including fulfilment, support, dispute resolution and applicable record-keeping obligations. There is no single retention period for every type of information. Contact us for details about a particular record. Access controls and private links help protect information, but no online system is completely secure.

11. Access, correction and privacy concerns

Contact info@hyper-racing.net to request access to or correction of your personal information, enquire about deletion or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another applicable regulator. Statutory rights and regulatory jurisdiction depend on the applicable law.

12. Updates and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the store or legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest update. For privacy questions, contact Hyper Racing LLC at info@hyper-racing.net.
