Terms & conditions
These terms apply to your use of the Hyper Racing store and purchases from Hyper Racing LLC. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Hyper Racing LLC (ABN 75 327 132 437) sells physical goods, digital downloads and services. You must provide accurate contact and delivery details, be authorised to use your payment method and keep account credentials and private order or support links secure. 2. Products and suitability
Descriptions, specifications and available options are provided on product pages. Check the selected options and suitability for your intended application before ordering. Motorsport fitment, installation and use may require specialist advice. Do not rely on an AI product suggestion as confirmation of compatibility, road legality or safety; ask us about any uncertainty. Nothing in this clause limits applicable consumer guarantees.
3. Prices and payment
Prices and checkout are in Australian dollars (AUD). Review the total displayed at checkout before payment. Payments are processed through Revolut. An order is recorded as paid only after payment is confirmed. Contact support if payment appears to have succeeded but the order has not updated. Any delivery charges or other applicable charges must be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
4. Physical goods and delivery
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery availability, charges and any timing specifically agreed for your order form part of that order. If a delivery estimate is not shown, contact us for details before ordering. Notify us about a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.
5. Digital downloads
Download access is provided after payment is confirmed. Keep your order and download links private. Product descriptions govern the licence and permitted use of a download. Purchasing a download does not transfer intellectual property ownership or permit unauthorised redistribution. Contact support if you cannot access your purchase; statutory remedies still apply to faulty or misdescribed digital products.
6. Services
Services are purchased through the store, with scope and arrangements confirmed using the product description and subsequent correspondence. Contact us before purchasing if you need a particular completion date or have specific requirements. Changes or cancellations are assessed against the agreed scope, work already performed and applicable consumer law.
7. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with goods, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major, you may be entitled to repair or replacement. Services must be supplied with due care and skill and meet applicable guarantees; remedies depend on the nature of the failure. Change-of-mind requests are considered individually unless a specific product or order states otherwise. Do not send an item back without contacting us for return instructions. These instructions do not remove your statutory rights.

Do not misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or support, or submit unlawful material. Store content and third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the site to browse and purchase but may not reproduce protected content without permission or a lawful basis.

Any liability limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot be excluded.
